From the comfort of my home studio to you at home or where ever you may be in the world I have a range of effective 30 minute at home workouts to suit your fitness needs and abilities.

My easily accessible and adaptable online fitness classes can also be booked for your place of work.  The health and well being of staff is paramount to any successful organisation.  Healthy staff results in increased productivity and overall job satisfaction. There are several options available to meet your requirements for your workplace wellness schemes.

Focusing on mobility stretching and holding stretched for longer of periods of time to improve flexibility for the whole body and prevent injuries, no equipment required just a mat.

An all over body toning class combined with stretching, with a focus on working on our balance and coordination. This class is to keep you nice and supple and completely toned.

Have a mat/towel and a broom handle!

Llifting Weights

WICKED WEIGHTS

A Total Body workout using one set of dumbbells to tone and increase your strength. If you have no weights use some tins or water bottles or a resistance band.
