Free May Step Challenge
Join my FREE fun Step challenge that starts on Monday 5th May until Monday 2nd June.
Let’s get stepping for your mental and physical health all whilst having fun in a supportive community.
Download and join the app below which will help you track your steps, once joined I’ll invite you to my group on my website for that extra accountability and support.
Over the weekend think about what your daily step target is. On Monday we set out daily target and get moving. I will be there to encourage you, prompt and remind YOU. Each week I will encourage you to increase your steps. A little bit of competition helps so there will be a few little prizes thrown in along the way!

My Fundraising For St Joseph's Hospice
In April I celebrated 10 years in business and I used it as an opportunity to start my fundraising activities for St Joseph's Hospice who supported a very dear friend of mine who we unfortunately lost to cancer in January this year.
To date I've raised over £500! I want to raise as much money as I can over the next few months and beyond as well as bring people together where they can work on their own wellbeing and help this amazing charity
